Often the reason for hiring a Virtual Assistant is cost saving, but really, it shouldn’t be just that. Hiring a Virtual Assistant provides you with a highly-skilled and very professional resource that really should be considered as an external team member. I’m often asked, “How can I provide a premium service when we may have never met”? I take time to get to know you. With a detailed discussion, I will compile a client dossier which provides me with your personal ‘style guide’, providing details of you, your business, how you like to operate and your expectations. As time progresses and my knowledge of your world grows it really becomes a very comfortable working environment.

Each regular client will gain free access to their own shared workspace. This is a secure place where documents and communication can flow seamlessly. It also enables you to upload tasks should you be required to specifically track what time is allocated to the tasks.This can be useful when you have say, three tasks and you need to know exactly how much time has been spent of each task.

Once you have purchased your hours of time, they will remain in your account and can be drawn down as you require them to be. Whenever I perform work for my clients, I actually log into their account where an automated stopwatch keeps track of the time I use. It an easy and very accurate way to keep track of time.

I can work while you sleep. Send off your instructions and then wake to find it’s all done! Never seem to find enough hours in the day? Urgent last minute jobs? I can help! I’m not bound by regular hours, so at the end of your regular day, meeting or sales call you can offload your tasks and I’ll get started. Different time zones can work wonderfully too. You complete your days work just as I’m waking to begin mine, then when you wake, it’s done!

How would I make this work? There is no set answer to this as each client's requirements are different.Some examples are - setting weekly meetings or handover sessions; Holding an end of day conversation; Touching base ad hoc as required; Log your jobs electronically through your client portal; Fax through requests; SMS things as you think of them;Call whenever you like; Instant Message me via the chat icon on the home screen, even if I'm off line I have a list of frequently asked questions available 24 hours a day...
